Registration fees for the 2010 Chain of Lakes Tri are as follows:
• Short Course - Individual Entry: $50 ($55 after June 20, 2010)
• Short Course - Relay Entry: $90 ($105 after June 20, 2010)

Registration can be completed by downloading the entry from below, filling it out and then mailing it to the address listed on the form along with your payment (please note that Adobe Reader is required to view and print this PDF form). To download the entry form to your computer, simply right click the entry form icon below and save it to your destination folder.
